Pre-Dispatch Documentation

At Arcade Corner, every product undergoes careful inspection and quality verification prior to shipment.

Before dispatch, we provide the buyer with clear images and a short video of the product and its packaging via WhatsApp. These records serve as official documentation of the product's condition at the time of dispatch and may be relied upon in the event of any dispute, claim, or chargeback.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this documentation as valid evidence of pre-shipment condition.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted strictly under the following circumstances:

  • The product is received in a physically damaged condition caused during transit
  • A verified manufacturing defect is present upon arrival
  • An incorrect item was delivered

All claims are subject to review and verification by Arcade Corner.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Dissatisfaction where the product matches the listing description
  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to handcrafted or collectible items

Arcade Corner reserves the right to decline any claim that does not meet the above criteria.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fairness, transparency, and protection against fraudulent claims, a complete and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund, or replacement request.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.

The unboxing video must:

  • Clearly display the sealed package with the shipping label visible
  • Show all sides of the parcel prior to opening
  • Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous recording without edits, pauses, or cuts
  • Clearly show the product from all angles immediately after opening
  • Be recorded in a well-lit environment with a stable camera

Videos of previously opened, tampered, or repacked parcels will be rejected.

This requirement protects both the buyer and Arcade Corner from transit-related disputes and ensures genuine cases are resolved efficiently.

Claim Submission Process

All Return claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to: connect.arcadecorner@gmail.com

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Complete unboxing video (unedited)
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • The pre-dispatch images/video previously shared

Return Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may be declined at our discretion.

For documentation integrity, claims submitted via WhatsApp, Instagram, or other platforms will not be considered valid.

Return & Inspection Process

If a Return claim is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and protective materials
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise

Upon receipt, the item will undergo inspection. If the returned product is found to be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, tampering, or inadequate packaging during return transit, the claim will be rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days following successful inspection and verification. The buyer will be informed prior to processing in cases where a replacement is offered instead of a refund. In case of any Replacement it will be delivered within 3-5 business days

Arcade Corner reserves the right to offer a replacement (subject to availability) instead of a refund where appropriate.

Colour & Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

We strive to present product colours and finishes as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to:

  • Individual screen settings and display calibration
  • Studio lighting and photography conditions
  • Batch production differences

Many of our collectibles are handcrafted and/or hand-painted. As a result, slight colour variations, minor brushstroke differences, subtle finish inconsistencies, and small surface irregularities are natural characteristics of artisanal production and are not considered defects.

These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece and do not qualify as valid grounds for return or refund.

Product Sourcing & Quality Assurance

Arcade Corner works with carefully chosen manufacturers to offer a curated selection of collectibles. While we are not the manufacturer of all products listed, we take full responsibility for all products designed and manufactured exclusively for Arcade Corner. For third-party manufactured products, quality and specifications are subject to the respective manufacturer's standards.

All products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. Specifications, finishing standards, and materials may vary depending on origin. Buyers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
