We know you're excited to get your hands on your collectible, so here's everything you need to know about how we get it to you. Once the product is ordered, it will be delivered within  5-7 business days. In case of any Replacement it will be delivered within 3-5 business days

How Fast Do We Ship?

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once your order is on its way, here's what to expect:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days after dispatch

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier conditions or local factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999 — no code needed, it's automatic at checkout.

For orders below ₹999, shipping charges will be displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently deliver across India. 🇮🇳

We don't offer international shipping just yet — but watch this space!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Please double-check your delivery address and mobile number before placing your order. A valid, active Indian mobile number is required for OTP verification during delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, we're unable to make changes to the delivery address or contact details.

If you're not available to accept the delivery and the shipment is returned to us, re-shipping charges will need to be covered by you.

If your order shows as delivered but hasn't reached you, please write to us at connect.arcadecorner@gmail.com within 24 hours and we'll get it sorted right away.

Ordering as a Gift?

Lovely idea! 🎁 Just make sure you order well in advance keeping the 5–7 day delivery window in mind. We won't be able to cancel or accept returns for delayed gift deliveries.

Order Confirmation & Cancellations

Once you place an order and receive a confirmation email, the order is locked in and cannot be cancelled. So please review your cart carefully before checking out!

For any return/ replacement, please raise the request within 24 hours from the order delivered date and time. In the rare event of a cancellation or approved return, refunds are processed back to your original source payment method within 7–10 business days.
